I have been in touch with the Hylo Agricultural Society about there 2010 Rally.
Here's the info the asked me to pass on:
Hylo's Annual ATV Rally
Saturday March 27th, 2010
Rally Starts 9am
Registration fee $20.00 per participant
Pre-registration Friday March 26th 7pm-10pm
Registration Saturday March 27th 8:30am-11:30am
Participants must be on the trail by Noon
Participants must return to hall by 6pm
Pancake Breakfast by Crimewatch 8am-10am
In Hall and on Trail Concession
Door Prizes and Checkpoint Prizes
Cash Raffle 1st-$1000.00, 2nd-$500.00, 3rd-$300.00
Bring Your Own Gas

I will be there, third year in a row.

1st year a lot of fun
2nd year way to much snow, every 2 clicks a line up cause people were stuck (lots of people)

This year there is little snow in the area so should be fine.
